Dana Albert Larsen (born April 14, 1971) is a Canadian author, politician and cannabis legalization activist. Larsen was the editor of Cannabis Culture magazine from its creation in 1994 until 2005, producing 54 issues with publisher Marc Emery, who now also serves as editor. Larsen was a founding member of both the Marijuana Party of Canada and the BC Marijuana Party. In the2000 Canadian federal election, Larsen ran as the Marijuana Party candidate
Marc Scott Emery (born February 13, 1958) is a Canadian cannabis policy reform advocate, a politician, and media publisher (notably of Cannabis Culture Magazine) as well as a former cannabis seed seller. He is currently serving a five-year sentence in a United States federal prison for selling cannabis seeds.

Kirk began practicing law in 1998 in the United States and has a background in business litigation, criminal defence and social justice advocacy pursuant to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. He has been a practicing member of the Law Society of British Columbia since 2005. Kirk is active in the community, volunteering as the Chair of the Drug Policy Committee of the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association and is a member of that Association’s Board of Directors. Kirk has written and spoken extensively on issues related to drug policy, privacy, religious freedom and criminal justice policy
Jacob Hunter is a political consultant and advocate for drug policy reform, social justice and environmental sustainability based in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is employed as the Database and Membership Services Coordinator at Vision Vancouver as well as the Policy Director of the Beyond Prohibition Foundation. Jacob serves as the Vice-Chair of the City of Vancouver Active Transportation Policy Council, and sits on the Board of Directors of the BC Civil Liberties Association (BCCLA), and the Pivot Foundation. Jacob is the founder and administrator of the drug policy activism website WhyProhibition.ca and is the former organizer of both the Vancouver 420 rally, and the Vancouver Cannabis Day rally. He has also provided extensive communications support for medical marijuana dispensaries across Canada.
